Summary: Megatron watches his newest obsession...
---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- -------------------------
It was a waste, whoever had trained the red and blue Prime had obviously overlooked his true potential. He watched the fight scene repeat over the monitors, so much wasted force and the timing could be so much better. While when the Prime allowed himself to relax and trust his instincts he was a good warrior, he could be great.
Megatron cycled his systems relaxing with a cube of high grade in servo. A mech like that on his forces, if only one of his agents had gotten their claws into him sooner. The Autobot sentiments and ideals had ruined what could have been one of his greatest weapons.
Sometimes he wondered how the Prime would take knowing that those "ideals" he had been force fed all his life were nothing more than lies. The Autobot regime was cruel and unjust in it's own ways, oppressing the strong, the different, any mech it considered a threat to the way it worked. One need not look any further than the Prime to see that.
Other times he wondered if the Prime had onlined with is ax and battle mask or if the mask and ax had been given to him later to protect himself, to protect his face. Those full lush lip components that stood out so temptingly. Would the Prime struggle if he kissed him? Would he fight or would the smaller mech yield to him willingly?
His team mates would be a problem, so loyal, but not always. Proof the Prime had not been completely ruined? He had to admit the Prime seemed to be a good leader if an inexperienced one. But that was the medic's job was it not?
It made him question Magnus' motives. What did the Autobot High Commander know that he did not about this mech? A dead beat team, all full of potential, that were all in their own ways victims of circumstance. Had the Magnus known this mech would discover the Allspark?
And why this mech of all mechs? Why had the Allspark chosen to reveal itself to this Autobot? This weak, damaged mech?
He leaned back in his chair and set the cube down slowly, before he stood to leave the room. With his back to the monitors he wondered what the Prime would look like with red optics.
The monitors continued to play in the empty room. Multiple screens trained on the Autobot base, but more specifically, on the object of his newest obsession.
